Loqza Limited, company number 17496060, is responsible for the personal information covered by this policy. Registered office: 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. Contact: richard@loqza.com. This policy covers our prelaunch website enquiries and waitlist. Privacy information for operational locker services will be provided before bookings open.
Information provided to us
The waitlist asks for your email and optional city. General enquiries ask for name, email, company, telephone, enquiry type and message. Emailed location enquiries may include organisation, location or postcode, and details of the available space.
Purposes
We use enquiry information to respond to enquiries and explore potential locations with you, and waitlist information to provide requested launch updates.
Lawful bases
We rely on our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and discussing potential locations and partnerships. We use your consent to send the launch updates you request when joining our waitlist. You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing richard@loqza.com. We may also retain or disclose information where necessary to meet a legal obligation.
Who can access your information
Our website forms deliver submissions to richard@loqza.com. Access is limited to the founder and authorised Loqza staff who need it for these purposes. Framer provides website hosting and form processing; Private Email by Namecheap provides email delivery and storage. These providers process information as needed to supply their services. Information may also be disclosed where required by law.
International processing
Our hosting and email providers may process information outside the UK. Framer publishes a Data Processing Addendum including a UK Addendum, and Namecheap publishes a Data Processing Addendum for covered services. Links to their information are below. Contact richard@loqza.com for information about the arrangements relevant to your data.
How long we keep information
We delete enquiry information 12 months after the last contact, unless an ongoing discussion or legal obligation requires us to keep it longer. We keep waitlist information until you unsubscribe or our launch updates end. Email richard@loqza.com to unsubscribe or request deletion.
Cookies and website information
Our website is hosted by Framer, which describes its default website analytics as cookieless. We have not configured Google Analytics or additional tracking scripts. Our providers may process technical information to deliver the website and forms, maintain security and prevent spam. See Framer’s privacy and cookie information below for details of its processing.
Your launch updates
Joining the waitlist requests Loqza launch updates. We use your details for those updates, rather than unrelated promotions. To stop receiving them, email richard@loqza.com. We will remove you from the waitlist and stop sending launch updates. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.
Your rights
Subject to applicable conditions, you may have rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Where consent is used, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. Contact richard@loqza.com to raise a request or question.
You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
